New Release – Making Good Time by Matlen Starsley Band

Matlen Starsley Band is a new musical project featuring former and current members of the Bryan Adams Band, The Ray Roper Project, Stonebolt, Touchdown, Straight Shooter, and Fandango. These veteran rockers released their first album ‘Rollin Again‘ on July 12th, 2019. Their music is an eclectic mix of country, blues, guitar-heavy southern rock, and roots music. Their new single ‘Making Good Time‘ will be released April 8th.

“This is a song we wrote last year for our second album. With all of the COVID-19 restrictions slowing down the recording process and the completion of album two, we decided to release ‘Making Good Time’ as the first single. It is a straight-ahead, hit the road, sun on your face, wind in your hair rock and roll road song. A little blast of spring fever after a long dark winter.”
